Katy Ann Landwier, 31, of Indianola was cited and released in the 900 block of North Fourteenth Street on the charge of animal at large.

Spencer Gregory Worthington, 34, of Carlisle was arrested in the 200 block of North Jefferson Way on the charge of driving while barred.
A vehicle driven by Aidan Dutcher, 18, of Ackworth struck a light pole owned by IMU in the 900 block of East Salem Avenue. Estimated damages: $1,500 to Dutcher's vehicle.
A 16-year-old female of Indianola was reported as a runaway in the 1500 block of West Salem Avenue. She was located on 01/23/2023.

A vehicle driven by Justin Nash, 28, of Hartford struck a deer in the 1600 block of South Jefferson Way. Estimated damages to Nash's vehicle: $2,500.
Ginger Allen of Indianola reported an incident of illegal dumping in the 400 block of North First Street.
An incident of trespass - peeping tom was reported in the 1300 block of East First Avenue.
Donavon DeWayne Davis, 47, of Indianola was arrested in the 800 block of West Third Avenue on a valid arrest warrant filed by the Department of Corrections for violation of probation on the original charges of domestic assault 3rd, and criminal mischief 4th.
Christine Diana Vairo, 66, of Chariton was cited and released in the 300 block of East Girard Avenue on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elijah John Federico Buchanan, 20, of Indianola was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Avenue on the charges of OWI 1st, and possession of alcohol by person 18/19/20 1st offense.
Vehicles driven by Melissa Chambers, 47, of Audubon and Janice Beane, 72, of Indianola collided in the 1100 block of East Second Avenue. Estimated damages: $2,500 to Chambers’ vehicle, and $2,500 to Beane's vehicle. Chambers was cited for unsafe entry into a roadway.
An incident of harassment third degree-communicate was reported in the 800 block of South Jefferson Way.
Brandon Daniel Kampfe, 36, of Indianola was arrested in the 500 block of East Second Avenue on the charges of driving while barred, dark window or windshield, and defective muffler.

Vehicles driven by Mary Rose, 72, of Indianola, and Raleigh Potter, 28, of Des Moines, collided in the 2700 block of North Jefferson Way. Estimated damages to Rose's vehicle: $5,000; to Potter's vehicle: $5,000. Potter was cited for failure to maintain control.
A vehicle driven by Kimberly Robertson, 30, of Corydon struck a vehicle driven by Fidelina Hernandez Alvarado, 44, of Creston in the 300 block of South Jefferson Way. Estimated damages: $1,500 to each vehicle. Robertson was cited for failure to provide proof of financial responsibility-accident related, and no valid driver’s license.
Indy 66 North reported an incident of theft 5th in the 1200 block of North Jefferson Way.

Afton Marie Rife, 24, of Pleasantville was arrested in the 600 block of North Jefferson Way on the charges of possession of a controlled substance - marijuana 1st, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a non-registered vehicle.
