Cherry tomatoes are good to eat, but Roma tomatoes are what Donnette likes to use for her tomato sauce.

Combine Roma tomatoes, onion, carrots, parsley, sugar and salt and boil, then turn down the heat and cook until the carrots are soft.

You can package the sauce in containers of any size and freeze them.
