With the Covad-19 pandemic changing and evolving with each passing moment, those of us in the public service arena are literally writing a brand-new playbook to meet these incredible challenges. You may have heard of a $2 trillion stimulus and recovery package, the CARES Act, recently passed by the United States Congress and signed by the President. Below is an overview of the package. You will find links to information that may be helpful to you across a broad array of issues. More will be added in further versions to address emerging issues as the pandemic unfolds.
