Mr. Bohlken’s latest comment shows a word count of 762 words. 762 words that repeat nonsense. For example, Mr. Bohlken’s “evidence” of election fraud is not court cases or audit reports as one might expect from one boasting a “judicial background”, but long discredited items like “2000 Mules”. Mr. Bohlen even denies the fact of a police officer murdered by the Trump mob sacking our nation’s Capitol on January 6, 2021. So much for Mr. Bohlken's "Back the Blue."

Worse still for seeking truth at this time of our nation’s peril is that Mr. Bohlken never join issues with the core warning from a conservative Republican. Specifically, conservative Republican Judge J. Michael Luttig (an advisor to Vice President Mike Pence) warns that Donald Trump is “a clear and present danger to American democracy.”

Mr. Bohlken’s lengthy counterfactual attack on Liz Cheney signals his loyalty to Trump and proves the timely wisdom of Liz Chey who said, “We can either be loyal to Donald Trump or we can be loyal to the Constitution, but we cannot be both."

Reading the wildly counter factual 762 words of Mr. Bohlken attacking conservative Republicans one wonders whether he is a Republican in name only. Here is a test for Mr. Bohlken: Does your loyalty to Trump support Trump’s claim made this week that he can declassify documents simply by thinking about them?

For a year and five months, it has been known that Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes and not from being struck by a mythical fire extinguisher or any other assault on January 6, 2021. As the CNBC headline stated: "Officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes day after Capitol invasion, medical examiner rules." The link is at: https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/19/brian-sicknick-died-of-natural-causes-after-capitol-riot-medical-examiner-rules.html. That just shows how out of touch with reality you are and how inaccurate your statements on this matter are.

Mr. May supports Liz Cheney, who violates Constitutional principles as regularly as most people brush their teeth.

Let me count the ways:

1. Liz Cheney supported a snap impeachment process done without any investigations, hearings or due process such as was granted to every president in any impeachment prior to President Trump. This would include the right to counsel, to present evidence and cross-examine witnesses. Since there are specific procedures set by law for his removal, he is entitled, under the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution, to have a due process hearing with these rights before being removed from office. By using this flawed process to vote for impeachment, Liz Cheney violated the Constitution.

2. Liz Cheney continued to violate the principles of constitutional due process by agreeing to serve on the January 6th Committee. Speaker Nancy Pelosi trampled on past precedent in the House of Representatives by refusing to include specific representatives named by the Minority Leader apparently because they were not anti-Trump. Indeed, Representatives Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell and Jamie Raskin, were not only anti-Trump, but were notorious liars in service of that prejudice. This violates the requirement of an impartial decision maker or at least the presence of advocates for both sides. President Trump’s allies were denied all the due process rights previously mentioned. The result was a show trial, common in dictatorships, with carefully orchestrated “hearings” designed to show only anti-Trump evidence.

3. In both the impeachment and the January 6th Committee, Liz Cheney trampled on the First Amendment rights of President Trump. Both proceedings promoted the lie that the President’s January 6th speech, which called for a peaceful and patriotic march to the Capitol to cheer on Republican representatives, somehow “incited” a riot which began long before his speech ended. They even distorted his “fight like h*ll” remark, which was obviously a call for “fighting” by lawful means, such as Congressional action under the 12th Amendment and the Electoral Count Act. His remark could not have “incited” the riot as he said it long after the Capitol Riot had begun. President Trump needed order at the Capitol, not a riot, so that his Congressional allies could implement his lawful plans.

4. The January 6th Committee, with Liz Cheney’s help, also trampled on First Amendment rights of others by treating any legal opposition to election fraud, including speech, court actions or activities concerning state legislatures as the equivalent of “insurrection”.

5. Liz Cheney, as Vice Chair of the January 6th Committee, has ultimate responsibility for its lies. Lying cannot be consistent with due process. These include: a. Donald Trump incited the riot; b. the deployment of the National Guard was delayed by Trump; c. Bernie Kerik was in Washington D.C. on January 5th to overturn the election results; d. Rep. Scott Perry asked Trump for a pardon concerning January 6th; e. Rep. Barry Loudermilk led rioters on a recon tour of the Capitol on January 5th; f. Rep. Ron Johnson tried to force alternate electors on vice-president Trump; and g. President Trump tried to grab the steering wheel of a vehicle to drive it to the Capitol on January 6th. To compare Liz Cheney to Abraham Lincoln is a vile insult to Lincoln.

May repeats the falsehood that a Capitol Police officer was killed in the Capitol Riot. While there should have been no riot, one can get a better picture of the levels of violence perpetrated by the police and the protesters by viewing the analysis by an expert on police use of force in the documentary at https://www.theepochtimes.com/the-real-story-of-jan-6-documentary_4596670.html The only person known for certain to be killed by violence at the riot was Ashli Babbitt, executed by Capitol Police. She may not have been the only one. Another woman, Roseann Boyland, was laying unconscious, pinned down by the bodies of other protesters, when she was struck in the head repeatedly by a Capitol Police officer with a wooden baton, as shown on videotape. When a complaint of police brutality was made, the police used the same playbook as they did with Babbitt, they did no real analysis of the facts, but just bluntly claimed the assault was “objectively reasonable.”

Mr. Bohlken claims this is my "absurd" statement: "Conservative Judge J. Michael Luttig (an advisor to Vice President Mike Pence) warns that Donald Trump is 'a clear and present danger to American democracy.'” Mr. Bohlken's claim is so counterfactual that questions of Mr. Bohlken's cognition arise.

Mr. Bohlken's doge fails to hide the fact that conservative Republicans are alarmed by Donald Trump's continuing attacks on our democratically elected Republic.

As conservative Republican Liz Cheney states, it is time for all Americans to be loyal to the Constitution instead of Donald Trump.

Mr. Bohlken could start showing loyalty to our Constitution by ending his fantasy that Trump won the 2020 election. Mr. Bohlken boasts of his "judicial background" yet pursues his claim without evidence even 18 months after 2020 election.

Mr. Bohlken could show some small support for the rule of law by rejecting Donald trumps' stated intent to grant full pardons and a government apology to the Trump mob who sacked our Capitol of January 6, 2021 murdering 1 police officer and wounding 140 others.

Conservative Republicans are speaking out to warn that Donal Trump is a clear and present danger to American democracy. It is time fro Mr. Bohlken to be a conservative Republican.

Michael May supports the absurd statement that Donald Trump is “a clear and present danger to American democracy”, makes the howling mad comparison of Liz Cheney to Abraham Lincoln, and again quotes Cheney’s ridiculous statement "We can either be loyal to Donald Trump or we can be loyal to the Constitution, but we cannot be both."

It is Liz Cheney who is a clear and present danger to American democracy. We can either be loyal to Liz Cheney or we can be loyal to the Constitution, but we cannot be both.

Liz Cheney’s goal is to prevent Donald Trump from ever becoming president again. The principles of due process demand that she have no place in any investigation of anything related to Donald Trump. Stalin’s secret police chief, Lavrentiy Beria, who said “Show me the man, I’ll show you the crime,” would approve of Cheney.

Lincoln stated, “You can fool some of the people all of the time [e.g. Mr. May], and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.”

Liz Cheney received a stinging reminder of this principle from Wyoming voters who overwhelmingly rejected her anti-Constitution, anti-democratic, anti-precedent, anti-due process and anti-fairness January 6th Committee show trial antics and drop kicked her out of Congress.

Those who howl the most about “democracy” cannot stand that anyone would dare defy them and cast a vote for the Make America Great Again (MAGA) candidates who love our nation, it’s history, and Constitution. “Shut up and Obey” is the Democratic leadership demand. Do not examine the evidence. Do not use rational thought. To use the essential tool of democracy, the vote, to defeat them is “anti-democratic”. To oppose election fraud is, in their view, “anti-democratic”.

Lincoln got one thing wrong when he said, ““We shall nobly save, or meanly lose, the last best hope of earth.” The last best hope of earth is Jesus Christ, not America. But America is worth saving.

You have two choices:

1. Vote Democrat and continue the madness: (a) the transgendered movement including (1) physical and chemical castration and mutilation of minor children who have been led to believe their sex is not their natural one and (2) biological males in girls’ private spaces and athletics; (b) racist critical race theory utilized in education, business and government; (c) the destruction of America’s fossil fuel industry leading to high gas prices and, someday, winter deaths due to inadequate energy supplies as are now predicted in Europe; (d) continued use of the Department of Justice and FBI to crush political opposition; (e) continued opposition to election integrity efforts; (f) massive spending to increase inflation and the power of government; (g) continued open border policies destroying our nation’s sovereignty and increasing costs and deaths; (h) destruction of our right to keep and bear arms, and (i) “defund the police” and “coddle the criminal” policies resulting in increased crime.

2, Vote Republican and return to sanity: (a) outlaw the castration and mutilation of minor children and (2) prohibit biological males in girls’ private spaces and athletics; (b) prohibit the use of racist critical race theory in education, business and government; (c) support America’s fossil fuel industry and the use of a mix of energy sources to return to American energy dominance; (d) reform the Department of Justice and FBI to ensure the impartial administration of justice; (e) election integrity efforts to ensure that every legal vote counts; (f) reduced spending and taxes to eliminate inflation and decrease the power of government; (g) a secure border; (h) enforcement of our right to keep and bear arms; and (i) full funding of the police and the end of pro-criminal policies.
