Corissa Arndt of rural Martensdale operates the nonprofit Whiskers TNR (trap-neuter-return) of Warren County. Whiskers is funded with grants and individual donations. These kittens were born after an adult cat was trapped. The kittens are available for adoption. Arndt's husband, Jeremy, and children are supportive and help with managing the cats and the family's other animals.

Nora has probably gone through a few of her nine lives. But this one is a turning point.

This is a great service to the community. My daughter/in/law has been involved in animal advocacy for many years. She spearheaded a program such as this in Phoenix many years ago.
