Planner Bill Ludwig showed members of the Warren County Board of Supervisors drawing of projects he has worked on, and ideas for projects in Warren County that the supervisors could fund with money from the American Rescue Plan Act.

The north part of Warren County is ripe for development and planner Bill Ludwig told the Warren County Board of Supervisors Tuesday that the almost $10 million in money coming to the county from the American Rescue Act could be just the spark needed to kick it off.
