A clear example of the city Council m not following theIr own ordinances and again capriciously enforcing, or not, their own vision despite it running contrary to the law. The city deserves to be sued over this, but once again the taxpayers will be on the hook.

I am not taking a stand for or against these proposed developments, rather I'm registering my disgust with the zoning commission and the city council and their continued disregard for our existing regulations and laws. Shame on them!
