Diversity conversation

Close to 20 people came to West Hill Brewery Thursday to talk about racism and diversity in the community, whether it exists, and what to do about it.

On the evening of civil rights icon Congressman John Lewis's funeral in the town home to the college that welcomed George Washington Carver when no one else would 130 years ago, more than a dozen politicians and community members gathered Thursday at a local brewery to have a difficult conversation about race.
