Honey Hollow Apiary and Gardens, 13778 Summerset Road, opened last month, although not quite as owners Jason Foley and Shannon Bardole-Foley had expected.

He’s a self-described “beekeeping nerd.” She’s a “half pint o’ dynamite” who’s small in stature but big on making soap and brooms the old-fashioned way.
