Indianola City Hall

The City of Indianola and Kading Properties are tangled in two lawsuits now that the city has twice failed to allow Kading to build mixed residential housing units in city limits, even though the property management company has met all zoning requirements and local laws to build in town.

Sounds like Kading is consistent with the city’s codes, and the city failed to follow their own rules established for developments. I would sue the city too, but this council thinks they are untouchable. Get out your checkbooks, taxpayers.
